RUSSIAN SNIPER (1) was sent out favourite last time and scored by 2 lengths at this track. Has a good record at this track with two wins and three minor placings. William Pike who has two wins when partnering stays on. Should be hard to stop. HOSTILE TALK (5) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 6f at this track. Finds a more suitable contest and can find winning form. SALT LAKE SHAKE (8) last raced just a week-and-a-half ago when sixth over 5f at this track. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. PEARLY NUGGETT (7) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in sixth over 6f at this track. The engagement of Brad Parnham is a positive move. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
