ROMAN MISS (4) was safely held when fourth last start over 5½f at Scone, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. That followed a good when resuming win at Orange. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. BOOROWA GIRL (9) settled well back when 11 lengths from the winner in tenth over 5½f at this track last start, a less impressive effort than her seventh at Wellington the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. TITAN STAR (1) settled well back then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 5f at Orange two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be picking them up late. SUCCESSFUL (5) turned in an encouraging run when resuming, settling well back then winding up nicely to finish fourth over 6½f at Orange. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
