Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. DECISIVE LASS (8) is coming off a determined win last start over 5f at this track eight days ago. Gets some weight relief this time so she is a leading contender again. MAXIMUM VORTEX (2) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by 0.8 lengths over 5½f at Lismore last start. Among the main hopes. ON HOLD (7) ran below expectations last time at Toowoomba over 5f, finishing seventh and beaten 3 lengths. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Not to be discounted.
