HOTZEL (5) was comfortably accounted for when seventh last start over 6½f at Bendigo, beaten 6 lengths. That followed a good when resuming win at Geelong. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can play a big role. PERI PERI RICH (6) finished 2.75 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f at Pakenham Synthetic eight days ago. Steps up in journey. Has a decent record at this track. Will be hard to stop. STAR HONOUR (4) hasn't made an impact like last campaign, the latest a seventh over 6f at Sale. Should appreciate the drop in weight and will go close if runs up to the mark. COEUR DE LYON (2) finished second at this track two runs back but was less effective last time over 6f at this track, finishing 6 lengths back in sixth. Well placed and should be about the mark.
