IT'SBRUCE (6) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third when resuming last time out over 6f at Pakenham Synthetic. Should go well again. ENZO (1) turned in a modest performance when tenth last time out over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 16 lengths. That followed a win at Geelong at the previous outing. Finds a suitable assignment and can return to winning ways. EPICE DIEU (4) missed the frame last time when eighth at Bendigo. That followed a run of two wins on end. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. One of the main contenders. HARBOURMASTER (5) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when eighth, beaten 6 lengths, at Geelong over 1m3/4f. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
