PRANCING COUNTESS (7) found the line nicely to grab second last time out over 7f at this track. Sure to be putting in the big strides late again. BYWATERS ROAD (1) produced a reasonable effort when fifth last start after being prominent at the turn over 1m at this track, beaten one length. That followed a win at Naracoorte the start prior. Finds a suitable race and can return to the winner's circle. DEVIL'S DEXTER (6) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2.25 lengths over 7f at this track when she made late ground. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. ARCHDEACON (9) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a seventh over 1m1f at Morphettville after he got a long way back in the run. Placed to advantage so expect a bold run.
