SHAMROCK BAY (6) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third when resuming last time out over 5f at Tatura. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. RICH AND JOYFUL (10) finished third over 7f at Cranbourne at her most recent appearance on May 24. One of the genuine hopes in the race. NOT ENOUGH EFFORT (1) showed early speed from a good draw last time and battled on to finish fifth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 5f at Mornington. Must be included among the main hopes. MOONLIGHT RUSTLER (11) finished 11th over 5f at Sale at his most recent appearance on June 26. Makes plenty of appeal.
