ROCK MELODY (1) placed third in a course and distance handicap five runs ago in July and posted a strong effort last Sunday at Musselburgh when 1L second in a lower class 5f handicap. Serious player on best form. YAASER (4) found success by 1L at the Racing League meeting at Southwell AW over 7f. Respected on that evidence. ASCOT ADVENTURE (3) has been in consistent form this season including a 7f handicap third here two starts back. Makes appeal. AMERICAN AFFAIR (19) scored by 0.75L at Carlisle over this trip and has shown a liking to this venue. Backs up quickly after a third here.
