The Ralph Beckett trained filly went down narrowly after travelling strongly among Listed company at Pontefract and looks the most solid option in an otherwise wide-open affair. GALE FORCE MAYA (2) finished fourth at Pontefract and can bounce back from a below-par effort at York now fitted with first-time blinkers. It's tough to rule out QUEEN ME (8) who was only beaten 5L eleventh in the G1 Nunthorpe Stakes at York. Respect taking a sizeable drop in grade.
