LACEMAKER (6) finished fifth over 6½f at Coleraine last time out following a determined win two runs back. Should be poised just off the lead. Will play a major role. BORN TO SHINE (5) turned in a fair effort at Geelong over 6½f at her last run four-and-a-half months ago, finishing sixth and beaten 2 lengths. Has found a suitable race. HONOUR DE HERO (3) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 6f at Warrnambool. Won't find this as tough. Sure to be competitive. RHODESIAN RED (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Wangaratta but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 7f at Echuca. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
