BOLD HOI HO (1) started at 5/1 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below his best, finishing 11th over 6¼f at Taree. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. BARCELONA EXPRESS (5) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 6¼f at Taree. Likely improver with strong prospects. CHINA GROVE (2) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at Inverell last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming fifth at this track the run before. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. The engagement of Cassey Williams is a positive move. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. KALAHARI HEART (4) built on a nice third two starts back at this track with a win over 7f at Inverell four weeks ago, getting home by one length. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
