The 2023 French Open men's singles main draw continues on Friday with play starting at 11:00 local time (10:00 BST) across all of the courts at the Stade Roland Garros.

Diego Schwartzman vs Stefanos Tsitsipas (5)

Fifth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas is out to make another appearance in Grand Slam final after a middling clay swing.
Standing in his way is an experienced clay court campaigner who has been struggling to find his best game this term.
This will be the seventh meeting between these two players who clashed four times in 2022 alone.
Tsitsipas leads the head-to-head by four matches to two and has won both of their meetings on clay.

Lorenzo Musetti (17) vs Cameron Norrie (14)

Italian players pose a threat to anyone on clay but Lorenzo Musetti owns a huge win over Novak Djokovic this season.
Meanwhile, Cameron Norrie continues to prove himself a more than capable player on clay as he leans on his big engine and potent backhand to give him an edge in the dirt.
Musetti may be ranked five places lower than Norrie but with a win over the Brit on clay on Barcelona just a few weeks ago it will be the Italian who holds favourite status.
That meeting in Barcelona is the only time the two players have met on the elite tour.

Novak Djokovic has found a way to rub the French Open crowd up the wrong way a few times already this tournament and it won't help that he will face a player largely beloved by fans.
Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina is known for leaving it all out on the court and he should deliver some thrills alongside his nearly guaranteed spills.
Djokovic holds a 2-1 lead in the head-to-head between the two men, but in their last meeting it was Davidovich Fokina who stunned the Serbian in Monte Carlo in 2022.
While Djokovic has been courting controversy off the court he has been working up towards his best on it in an ominous sign for the rest of the field.

Lorenzo Sonego vs Andrey Rublev (7)

Andrey Rublev has grown a lot as a player since he had his last meeting with Lorenzo Sonego.
Meanwhile, the Italian has arguably slipped away from the limelight and hasn't looked at his best for some time.
However, Sonego has had some encouraging recent results and is always a tough player to face on clay.
The head-to-head between Rublev and Sonego is level at one apiece.
