Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal named as top two seeds for Wimbledon
Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal will be on different sides of the draw and could meet in the final.
Following the absence of world number one Daniil Medvedev and Alexander Zverev, the pair have been named the top two seeds.
Medvedev is unable to participate due to All England Club's decision to ban players from Russia and Belarus due to the invasion of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, world number two Zverev is out of action due to an ankle injury.
Djokovic will enter the tournament seeded as number one with Nadal one spot below and it now means they could meet in the final - something which was not possible at the French Open.
The two great rivals met in the last eight at Roland Garros, with Nadal winning the tie before going on to win a record-breaking 22nd Grand Slam title.
One player who has won one more Grand Slam than Nadal is Serena Williams and she will be playing at this year's Wimbledon although she is not seeded.
Andy Murray and Nick Kyrgios are the two big names in the men's singles unseeded although the former is yet to confirm whether he will play or not. Britain's Cameron Norrie is seeded ninth.
Poland's top-ranked Iga Swiatek will be the top-seeded player at Wimbledon while Emma Raducanu is seed number 10.
The draw is Friday ahead of the tournament on Monday.
