After a compelling night of MLS action on Wednesday, the league is gearing up for another exciting weekend. We take an early look at some of the marquee matches coming up over the next few days.

Inter Miami vs Orlando SC

The action begins on Friday night with an all-Sunshine State match-up as these two intra-state rivals are at opposite ends of the Eastern Conference standings. Inter Miami have taken just eight points from nine matches, which is why they are underdogs at 19/10 compared to Orlando at 13/10.

Miami have lost three in a row and four of five, taking just three points from those five matches and struggling at both ends.

Meanwhile, Orlando sit second in the East and look like the most dynamic offensive team in the league now that Daryl Dike is back, with Orlando scoring eight goals in their last two matches.

Seattle Sounders vs Vancouver Whitecaps

This is another game between local rivals who are at opposite ends of the table, this time the Western Conference.

In this Cascadia Cup match, the odds couldn't be more lopsided as Seattle enter at 4/11 while Vancouver are 7/1 to win.

Seattle are yet to lose this season and look unstoppable, with Raul Ruidiaz scoring eight goals and the Sounders conceding the fewest goals in the league.

Meanwhile, the Whitecaps have lost five straight league matches, none more painful than on Wednesday when the Galaxy scored the winner in the 93rd minute.

San Jose Earthquakes vs LA Galaxy

The Galaxy scored a 93rd-minute goal on Wednesday night and will try to ride that momentum into San Jose. LA are six points behind Western Conference leaders Seattle but have a game in hand, putting the Galaxy very much in the race despite losing to the Sounders last weekend.

Meanwhile, the Earthquakes are winless in their last six matches and were embarrassed by Orlando 5-0 in midweek. Yet, they will be hungry for redemption after losing to the Galaxy 1-0 through an own goal last month.

San Jose are 21/20 to win this match, with the Galaxy at 9/4.

Atlanta United FC vs New York Red Bulls

Neither of these teams have been particularly convincing early in the season, yet Atlanta are massive favourites in this match at odds of 1/1, while the Red Bulls are listed at 12/5 away from home.

Atlanta lost to NYCFC on Wednesday and had to settle for three straight draws before that, so it's been a while since they tasted victory. They seem to be missing their usual offensive punch with Josef Martinez away on international duty.

That could make the Red Bulls intriguing underdogs, especially with wins in two of their last three matches behind rising star Caden Clark.

FC Dallas vs New England Revolution

New England lead the Eastern Conference while Dallas are at the bottom of the Western Conference, yet Planet Sport Bet have even betting odds for this match. Both sides currently have a odds of 13/8, so anything could happen.

The Revs know how to score, but they've looked a little leaky in defensive lately, opening the door for Dallas, who have scored just one goal in their last three matches and are lacking creative playmakers.
