Spanish midfielder Nico Gonzalez joins Porto from Barcelona

Barcelona and FC Porto have reached an agreement for the transfer of Nico González for 8.5 million euros.
FC Porto have signed midfielder Nico González from Barcelona for 8.5 million euros.
Barca retain a percentage of any future transfer and the right to buy the player back.
The Nou Camp outfit have shown their appreciation towards González for his service to the club.
"FC Barcelona would like to publicly thank Nico González for his commitment and dedication and wish him all the best for the future," read a statement on the club's official website

Gonzalez, 21, spent last season on loan at Valencia during which time he made 26 appearances.
