F1 news: Charles Leclerc is delighted with Fred Vasseur's arrival at Ferrari

Ferrari F1 driver Charles Leclerc has already been impressed by the value the team's new boss Fred Vasseur brings to the table.
Vasseur became Ferrari's new team principal in January, following Mattia Binotto's exit, and Leclerc has enjoyed the reinvigorating effect his arrival has had.
The move from Alfa Romeo to Ferrari has also reunited Vasseur with Leclerc, who made his F1 debut with Alfa in 2018.
"I was very impressed by how well he introduced himself in the team," said Leclerc.
"Ferrari is very different to whatever we are used to before. Ferrari is huge. And once he got here, he understood extremely well the way Ferrari works from the first few days.
"He's very clear in what he wants and he's extremely good at putting the people in the right mindset and in the right ambiance to give their best. And this is very important.
"So, that's what he brings to Ferrari and I'm sure it will be a good thing."
