UFC 303: Everything you need to know, full card, start time and where to watch

McGregor’s proposed comeback against Michael Chandler fell through after the Irishman broke his pinky toe.

It was always going to be a big task for the UFC chiefs to come up with a main event that could rival the return of the Notorious One, but it’s fair to say that Dana White and co have come up trumps.

Alex Pereira returns to action for the first time since his UFC 300 heroics as he puts his UFC Light-heavyweight championship on the line against familiar foe, Jiri Prochazka.

The two men squared off back in November when Pereira claimed the vacant light-heavyweight title at UFC 295.

The Brazilian beat his rival by TKO in the second round – a result which handed Prochazka his first UFC defeat.

There’s more light-heavyweight action on the main card as Anthony Smith takes on Roman Dolidze.

Brian Ortega and Diego Lopes clash in a featherweight bout, while Mayra Bueno Silva and Macy Chiasson battle it out in the women’s bantamweight division.

However, the fight with the most eyeballs bar the main event will see Ian Machado Garry go head-to-head with Michael Page.

 

When is UFC 303

UFC’s latest numbered event takes place on Saturday, June 29. The main card gets underway at 10pm ET and 3am BST. Main event ringwalks are expected at around 1am ET and 6am BST.
