13:45 (Southwell) Duke Of Luckley
Duke of Luckley returns after eight months in the paddock in the Race By Race Southwell Specials @Planetsportbet Handicap Chase.
He opened his last campaign with a minor placing in a chase at this track, where he was beaten by nine lengths.
However, he does have history of winning when fresh, as he won at Catterick in 2022 after a 155-day break, so he should be in the mix here.
14:18 (Southwell) Foxey
Sean Bowen looks to grab a vital win in the race for Champion Jockey as he rides Foxey in the Race By Race Southwell Specials @Planetsportbet Handicap Chase (Div Ii).
Foxey was victorious in his last outing at Exeter on heavy ground when he won by four lengths in a novices selling hurdle, he also caught the eye three starts back when he was an impressive Lingfield chase winner.
If he can continue that form, he should be in the mix here.
15:30 (Southwell) Captain Wallace
Captain Wallace looks to make it back-to-back wins in the Liz And Izzy's Hoap Podcast Novices' Limited Handicap Hurdle.
He was mightily impressive at Exeter on Friday when he cruised to a 10 length victory amongst similar company over a slightly shorter trip.
He's a leading player in this one and don't be surprised if he makes it successive wins.
16:05 (Southwell) Floating Line
Nicky Henderson hopes for success with Floating Line in the Download The Planetsportbet App Mares' Novices' Hurdle.
The sparingly-raced six-year-old will have Henderson's stable jockey Nico De Boinville in the saddle and will be looking to resume with a win.
She was placed on debut at Fakenham, and then went around as favourite at Kempton in November but disappointed backers when she only came fourth, finishing 12 lengths behind the winner.
Despite her limited experience, this race provides her a great chance to open her account.
