RONCHETTI (11) went forward over 6f at this track (Dirt) last time and held on for third. Will be close to the pace despite the draw. Right in this. Expected to take running down. OL' MCCLINTOCK (4) returns from a layoff of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 3f213yards at Ruidoso Downs. Has ability and should be right in the finish. EVERYROSEHASATHORN (10) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has two placings from three outings this campaign, finishing a nose away in second most recently over 1m at this track. Sure to be competitive. MICKEYS TRAIL (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 0.6 lengths over 1m at this track (Dirt). Can build on that solid recent effort.
