SOFIA THE FIRST (1) was off the mark at the third attempt scoring narrowly at Lingfield AW a 7f maiden. Promising profile and ticks plenty of boxes. LAPLANDER (3) ran well fourth up at Sandown finishing 1L second in a 1m nursery. Rates highly. MANY MEN (5) shaped nicely at Bath when a good third contesting a 1m maiden. Open to further improvement. GAP YEAR (2) showed ability on soft ground at Newmarket when 3.5L third in a 1m nursery. Not to be discounted.
