IVANA (11) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish fifth at her latest appearance over 6f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. BENDRODT (7) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish tenth at the latest run over 7f at Kembla Grange. Has trialled three times leading into this. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. WANDAYE (12) settled well back then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 6 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f at Kembla Grange two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Among the chances. CALYX ROSE (9) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fifth. This doesn't look as hard so she will be hard to beat.
