SLIPPERY CEEJAY (6) is a three-start maiden who finished ninth at her most recent outing over 1m4f at Mornington after she got a long way back in the run. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. MANNERIST (2) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 8 lengths when tenth in a 1m contest at Cranbourne two weeks ago. Finds the right race this time and can turn things around. SIDING (3) spotted them a big start last time out and could only manage to finish eighth over 1m2f at Cranbourne. Comes down a level this time. Should measure up. SUMMER LIGHT (5) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at this track but couldn't back it up last start when tenth, beaten 11 lengths, over 1m at Colac. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
