ALLEY OOP JOHNNY (1) is in great form, lifting strongly to score last start over 1m at this track to make it two on the bounce. Has a formidable combination with Sahin Civaci who has been aboard for his last two wins. Should be hard to stop. HANK OLLIE (2) returned from a two months break over 7f last start and got the job done by half a length at this track. Has three wins here. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be tough to stop. MEHLEK (3) settled towards the back of the field last start and made little impact in the straight when sixth, beaten 5 lengths, over this journey at this track. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is a major player. A ROSE FOR RAVEN (5) has not won for a long while. Last raced on August 8 when beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth at this track over 1m1/2f after being in contention on the bend. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
