Should race just off the speed despite the wide draw. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. ARMSTRONG (3) finished 5 lengths behind the winner in fifth place when resuming over 5½f last start in Listed grade at this track. Has a perfect second up record from two starts. Among the winning hopes. MASON'S GAMBLE (4) finished sixth when when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f in the G3 Jacques Cartier Stakes at this track after racing on the pace for much of the way. One of the main contenders. Group 3 winner RONDURE (5) lifted strongly to score by a nose when fresh from a lay-off two runs back at this track then ran seventh over 1m1/2f in the G2 Eclipse Stakes at this track last time in tougher grade. Top-three chance.
