CELENTANO (1) recorded a strong maiden win over 5½f at this track last time, getting there by 5.5 lengths. Winning rider Leo Salles sticks and a bold showing is expected. WALTER ME LAD (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 5½f at this track. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. FAST AND READY (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the when resuming performance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. HUNGRY WOLF (8) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 14 lengths. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
