Has the ability to make it two on the bounce. DOWNY BOY (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 4 lengths. The engagement of Sahin Civaci is noteworthy. Tackling a more suitable race so he will prove hard to beat. LAPOCHKA (7) scored an impressive win by 3 lengths when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 7f at this track. Fitter for that last hitout and another big run will not surprise. MIDNIGHT ARKLE (9) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 2.5 lengths over 6f at this track. Open to plenty of improvement and cannot be ruled out.
