LUNAR ROCKS (4) closed late to take third attempting a 1m2f Chelmsford handicap. Did not travel well in the early stages of that race however could go close if first-time cheekpieces sharpen her. The re-opposing SUBALTERN (3) was the winner of that Chelmsford contest. Clearly appreciated the step up in trip there and a 4.4lb rise seems fair. DIBBLE DABBLE (1) finished fourth behind the first two mentioned and may go closer facing this stiffer stamina test from a 2.2lb lower mark. NORTHGATE (2) is steadily progressive and looks best of the rest.
