LONE TREE (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time, getting there by 8 lengths. Shaping up nicely and he looks certain to measure up again. PAY RAISE (5) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 12 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 6f at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. LEMON MERINGUE (1) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at this track (Dirt) over 6f. Nicely placed to turn things around. RU MOR STARTER (7) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
