JLC SIMON SAYS RUN (3) is a three-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1f180yards at Lone Star Park (Dirt). Plenty of scope for improvement and is a great chance to break through. MAYBE GOOD CANDY (6) is yet to break through in four runs. Finished fourth at her last appearance over 1½f at this track (Dirt) on September 22. Well placed on this occasion and gets her chance to break the ice. PEANUT BUDDER FALCON (2) was safely held when resuming last start over 1½f at this track (Dirt), finishing ninth and beaten 6 lengths. Should do far better this time. ANOTHER KAYOH (5) is returning from a lay-off of ten weeks. Finished eighth at Retama Park (Dirt) over 1f130yards at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Samuel E Valdivia.
