PEVS Set Weights EET CHINA (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 1f80yards at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. PAINTED BLOOD (4) is yet to break through in eight runs. Finished eighth at his last appearance over 1½f at this track (Dirt) on September 17 after he gave away a big start. This offers him a great chance of breaking through. JUMPN TOLTAC (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1f130yards at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh. Has the talent to produce a better result. IM JESS A VALENTINE (5) is a five-start maiden who finished fifth, beaten 4 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1½f at this track (Dirt). Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
