DIXIE FURY (4) tackled the over 4f at Fonner Park last time out when fresh from a lay-off and was beaten 7 lengths into ninth by Hacker. This looks a more suitable assignment. SIDETOWN (3) is back from a lay-off of four months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 6f at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Will be hard to stop. MIRANDEN (2) went to the paddock after scoring at his last appearance three months ago over 5½f at Remington Park (Dirt). Looks a strong top-three prospect. BANJO BEAR (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4f at Fonner Park, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
