DR VINNIE BOOMBATZ (7) resumes from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish sixth at the latest run over 1m1/2f at Remington Park (Dirt). Launched last prep with a minor placing at Remington Park over 1m. Ready for a bold run. DABOOGEYMAN (8) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in second over 6½f at Delta Downs after being prominent at the corner. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. WILD WING (5) resumes from a lay-off of 12 weeks. Could only manage to finish eighth at the latest run over 6½f at Remington Park (Dirt). Leading player on best figures - bold showing expected. CLEARLY A JET (6) ran a better race last start, finishing 4 lengths away in fifth over 7f at Delta Downs. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
