BELLE THE LIONESS (5) remains fairly unexposed in handicaps. Finished second from 3.3lb lower at Tramore in January then was mid-division in a Listed handicap at Leopardstown. This looks a suitable opportunity. Course and distance winner CLARENS (7) is on the same mark as when second at Navan in November. Not so good since but warrants respect. Fellow course and distance winner DOYEN TA WIN (6) has struggled lately. Might stage a revival. Top weight CALL ME LYREEN (1) is usually highly tried and could find this a little easier.
