AKI (1) got well back over 7f at Warrnambool last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 13 lengths away in 12th. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. WINGED (8) finished second last time out over 1m at Cranbourne, making it two career minor placings. Has been in the frame at all two runs over this trip. Well placed here and should run a big race. I AM SMILING (10) is a five-start maiden who finished eighth after being in contention on the corner at her most recent appearance over 1m3/4f at Sale. Expected to feature in the finish this time. CASTLE ON HIGH (2) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 7f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Likely improver with solid claims.
