GAI'S ARTIST (7) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 6f at Canterbury. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot salute. YOSHINOBU (9) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 6f at Wyong, scoring by a head. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Nicely drawn on the fence and he is one of the main chances. CONCORDIA WIND (11) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 2.75 lengths into sixth over 6f at this track. Fitter so expect a better run this time. PERSPIRATION (1) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 5½f in the G3 San Domenico Stakes at Rosehill, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in sixth. Will find this much easier. Too good to ignore.
