LITTLE JEANIE (4) accounted for a maiden field over 7¾f at Canterbury last start, finishing 1.5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. PROFESSOR PICKLES (5) showed early speed from an outside draw last time out and led for much of the way before finding a couple better at the end of 1m1 1/2f at Newcastle. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish again. FIDDLERS GREEN (2) started at 7/2 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Wagga over 1m. Better than the last suggests. Worth following. BE REAL (10) is coming along nicely this prep, scoring by 2.75 lengths last start over 1m at Newcastle. Likely to be there at the finish again.
