Grade 3 winner LEADERBOARD (8) did a good job to clock-in second in a in a hurdle (2m3 1/2f) at Sandown-Lakeside. Improved to record a win (2m1 1/4f) at this track 14 days ago, arriving 3.5 lengths ahead of his rivals. Set to continue the fine recent form. WIL JOHN (3) returned from a 131-day lay-off with a dominant 9 lengths win (2m1f) at Hamilton last start. Can feature again after that bright return. INSTIGATOR (6) was unplaced two starts ago in The Grand Annual Steeple (3m3 1/2f) at this track then produced a better result last time when he wound up in fifth, beaten 10 lengths, (2m3 1/2f) at Sandown-Lakeside. Worth serious consideration. Grade 3 winner BELL EX ONE (1) returned from a lay-off last start successfully (2m3 1/2f) at Sandown-Lakeside with this rider Will Gordon steering. Expecting further improvement.
