HUNTLY CASTLE (3) couldn't find the top three in a in a hurdle (2m) at Hamilton then again missed out (2m1 1/4f) at this track last start. Likely to figure on his best form. BLOOD AND SAND (1) was unplaced two runs ago (2m1/2f) at Sale. Bounced back last time when he finished second (2m1 1/4f) at this track. Hard to beat on his best form. DR DEPENDABLE (5) was unplaced two starts back (2m1 1/4f) at this track then improved last start when he wound up in fourth, beaten 9 lengths, (2m1 1/2f) at Casterton. No surprise to see him back in form. JOHNNY BUCCANEER (8) went well when he finished third in a flat race at Werribee two runs back. Returned to jumps racing last time out when he was 21 lengths off the winner in fifth (2m1f) at Hamilton. Certainly worth including.
