TAVOLO (6) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 1.4 lengths over 6f at Queanbeyan. Open to plenty of improvement and is expected to run well again. EAST HARLEM (12) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Randwick, beaten 3.5 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can find winning form. YAM (10) produced a reasonable effort when second last start over 5f196yards at Gundagai. That followed a win at Albury the start prior. Well placed and can make amends.
