TANTALUM (8) was in the money at Canberra when resuming two runs back then could only manage fourth at Albury over 7½f five-and-a-half weeks ago. Great chance to get off the mark this time. SNIPPERTY VIXEN (6) strode forward early from her wide draw last start over 6f87yards at Canberra Acton only to fade late and finish fifth. Will push forward and is among the chances. SUSPICIOUS TIME (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in third over 7f at Cootamundra. Another forward showing is anticipated.
