PALACE PRINCE (1) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when sixth and beaten 3. 5 lengths over 1m at this track. Has a high cruising speed. Sure to be in the finish. NEVER NEVER LAND (9) broke through for his maiden win over 7f at this track last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and he should be in the finish again. PRINCE OF KILDARE (7) built on a nice third two starts back at Turffontein Inside with a win over 7¼f at Turffontein Inside two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1. 3 lengths. Callan Murray scored on him last time and retains the mount. Must raise the bar but another win is not out of the question. FATHER CHRISTMAS (6) was last at the races when he finished ninth over 7f at Kenilworth on June 17. Now under the care of new trainer A P Peter. Has to be respected.
