Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Expected to be in the finish. AMPERSAND (8) was not far away last time out, finishing third over 5¾f at Turffontein Standside. Down in weight. Hasn't been far away this time in work with two minor placings from four starts. Best form puts him right in this. BIOFARMER (1) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fourth over 7f at this track. Cherry-ripe now and looks the main danger. BOB'S YOUR UNCLE (5) ran well below his best last time over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into sixth at 11/10. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Should give backers a sight.
