SPRAT (10) finished fifth over 1m1/2f at this track (Synthetic) at her most recent appearance on January 1. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. LAUGHING OUT LOUD (8) was unwanted in betting last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten one length into second over 1m at this track (Synthetic). Expected to be in the finish again. CAPTIVE STAR (4) turned in a fine effort to win by 2.75 lengths at this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Finds another suitable race and can maintain winning form.
