ASK AMANDA (6) finished third when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m at this track. Should be in the finish. CHOATE (8) did little and finished 4 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at this track the run before. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. CASTAGNA (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 13 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 1m at this track. Likely contender with strong prospects. WHAT IF (5) didn't do a bad job when second last start over 1m at this track. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Expect a better run this time.
