EPIC RIDE (3) was well fancied last time and did a good job to finish second over 6f at this track (Synthetic) at the third run of the prep. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Expecting a bold showing. AWESOME BOURBON (5) has four minor placings from four starts this time in work, the latest as favourite over 1m1/2f at Tampa Bay Downs (Turf). He is a real danger. SIMCOE (4) is knocking on the door after just missing last time over 6½f at Woodbine. Can measure up again. YO BANANA BOY (10) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 6f at Aqueduct, beaten 3.5 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
