ANAITA (9) is back after a break of 12 weeks. Was in strong form before that lay-off with three straight wins until she finished tenth in stakes class at Laurel (Turf) to close the campaign. Big chance to kick off this campaign with a win. PROTOMAGIC (3) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Churchill Downs, beaten 10 lengths into fifth. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is sure to be prominent. BEACH KITTEN (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Belterra Park. Not as effective last time out when third over 6f at Horseshoe Indianapolis, beaten 5 lengths. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Meeting a deeper field this time but she deserves plenty of thought. TIZZY JOJO (1) turned in a modest performance when third last time out over 6f at Horseshoe Indianapolis, beaten 4 lengths, after a win at Horseshoe Indianapolis at the previous outing. In contention this time.
