SAFE SPACE (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1m1/2f at Vaal, beaten only 0.8 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so he is sure to prove hard to beat. POTBERRIE (2) recorded a strong maiden win over 7f at Turffontein Standside last time, getting there by 3 lengths. Looks well placed and he should be in the finish again. HONORABLE MEMBER (6) finished midfield on her return from a lay-off last start over 7¼f at this track. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. One of the main contenders. WHISPERS OF WAR (5) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at this track over 1m1f. Placed to advantage so expect a better run this time.
