DAMOVA (6) is racing well without winning. Last start finished third, beaten 3 lengths, over 1m2f at Vaal. Sure to go well. ULTIMISSIMO (5) turned in a modest performance when fifth last time out over 7f at Turffontein Standside, beaten 6 lengths. That followed a win at Vaal at the previous outing. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. ANNEWITHAN E (1) performed above expectations last time over 1m at this track, finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in fourth after starting at huge odds. Should be prominent from the outset. Capable of testing this field. GILDA GRAY (3) was in the money two starts back at Vaal but was unable to repeat the effort last time when seventh, beaten 5 lengths, at this track over 1m1f. Open to improvement and should be about the mark.
