MISS SCALETTA (1) finished sixth two runs back at Turffontein Inside then improved last time out to score by 0.8 lengths over 1m at this track. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. WORLD OF ALICE (6) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by a head over 1m at this track. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and she cannot be underestimated. ACROSS THE POND (3) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7¼f at Turffontein Inside, beaten only 1.5 lengths. This looks a good race for her so another forward showing looks likely.
