SOUTH COAST ROUTE (2) was safely held when seventh last time out over 1m at this track, beaten 17 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. SKY CLOUD (7) is a distance specialist who was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 7 lengths into fifth after being prominent at the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GOLD MAGIC (5) improved sharply on his seventh two starts back at this track (Dirt) with a win over 6½f at this track (Dirt) three weeks ago, getting home by 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. ELECTROSTATIC (1) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5½f at this track, beaten just 1.75 lengths. Well placed to play a part again.
